YOUniversal Psychotherapy offers psychosocial recovery coaching services for NDIS participants with a focus on trauma-informed, person-centred support.
With over two decades of experience in the mental health and AOD sectors, I provide a grounded, therapeutic approach to recovery coaching that balances clinical insight with genuine human connection.
As a recovery coach, I work collaboratively with participants to:
• Build capacity in emotional regulation, communication, and daily living
• Strengthen self-awareness and confidence
• Navigate complex service systems with clarity and support
• Develop recovery-oriented goals and work towards meaningful outcomes
I also work closely with Support Coordinators, families, and allied providers to ensure consistent, coordinated care that aligns with each participant’s goals, values, and needs.
